My magnum opus, five days a week.

Five years ago, I appeared on a podcast to talk about my experiences as a lowly Star Trek fan in the 1970s. That experience inspired me to start work on a new photo album of those days, which led directly to creating my 10-issue graphic memoir, published between September 2021 and March 2023.

I've traveled across the country to a couple dozen conventions and comic book shops to share my work, from Seattle to Las Vegas, New York City and Washington D.C. My most recent trip to the midwest included the CXC expo, and a trio of stores in Toledo, Columbus, and Detroit. The results have been fun and gratifying (as seen above), but it's proved a slow and costly way to promote my work.

As of this writing, I've sold nearly 4000 copies of those comics, and the time has come to take the series online. Starting on Monday October 6, I'll be sharing the entire run, one page a day, five days a week. I'm hoping for a larger, wider audience than I have been able to reach through my travels.

I know many of you have already read the series, and I thank you for your support. I'll continue to post new work exclusively for paid members on weekends.

If you know anyone who might be interested in readingTrekkies, please direct them

to my Substack or Patreon pages—I wish to increase my readership in anticipation of other projects planned for 2026. I'll be presenting the Trekkies run free to all subscribers, and yes, I still have physical copies available to purchase on my website.

Thanks for reading and I'll see you next week!
